Booking portal for First Aid Courses for Latrobe University students and staff

The LaTrobe First Aid Booking Portal is for LaTrobe Staff and Students to book First Aid Training at public St John venues or LaTrobe University venues.

To get started, choose the First Aid Training you require and if you would like to book into a St John venue or a LaTrobe venue.

When booking into a St John venue, a promo code is required to receive LaTrobe special pricing.

Due to Federal Government Education Act requirements, St John is required to capture the USI (unique Student Identifier). This means a person's legal/paper name is required on the certificate. As a workaround for staff and students who have a preferred, chosen, or affirmed name that is different from their legal/paper name, we suggest delaying filling out the USI form until after the class has finished. This will mean your preferred/chosen/affirmed name will be used throughout the class, but you will need to complete the USI form for your registration and certificate to be recorded after the class has been completed with your legal/paper name.
