St John Ambulance Named One of Australia’s Most Trusted Charities Once Again
St John Ambulance has once again secured a place among Australia’s top five most trusted charities, according to the latest RepTrak Benchmark 40, reputation survey. This recognition reflects the dedication of our volunteers, staff, and supporters in delivering life-saving services to the community.
The annual RepTrak charity rankings assess the reputation of organisations based on public perception, engagement, and trust. St John’s consistently strong performance highlights the positive impact of our work, from providing first aid and emergency medical support to educating communities and responding in times of crisis.
A key factor in this year’s ranking was the overwhelmingly positive experiences shared by those who have interacted with St John. Whether through receiving first aid care at public events, attending training courses, or engaging with us online, these touchpoints have reinforced our reputation as a trusted and reliable organisation. The latest survey results saw St John achieve a near-perfect reputation score, demonstrating the deep level of confidence the public places in our mission.

Community Programs
For over 140 years St John has been providing First Aid products and services to Victorian communities when it's time to celebrate and in times of disaster. St John is developing a range of targeted community programs to increase the resilience of at-risk Victorian communities.
Volunteer with St John Ambulance
Volunteers have been the lifeblood of St John Ambulance Victoria since 1883. For well over one hundred years our volunteers have been saving lives and delivering care and compassion to those in sickness, suffering and distress throughout Victoria.
First Aid Services
St John Ambulance is the largest and most comprehensive provider of First Aid & Event Health Services in Victoria. Our growing membership consists of more than 2,000 Professional Volunteer Medics, Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics and Salaried Medics.
